On Event Days, the Box Office opens at 12:00pm (earlier if there is a matinee event)
The TicketsNorth Box Office accepts:

Pre-purchased tickets can be picked up at the box office window located inside the CN Centre. Please be sure to arrive early. Customers must present the credit card used to place the ticket order and a photo ID at time of pick-up.
